Private Coaching
Your Private Coaching Program from One Whole Health is highly customized to address your health concerns and goals, focusing on how to get yourself to do the things you know you should do!  Private coaching goes beyond “training” to deeper work on your specific challenges and habits that keep you stuck. You can expect to see significant progress to your goals as a result of:

  • Eating whole foods that are appropriate for your bio-individuality
  • Neuronutrient Therapy (when appropriate)
  • Creative visualization and journaling to understand your sub-conscious habits
  • Balancing your blood sugar levels and sex, thyroid and stress hormones
  • Investing in your health and putting yourself on the schedule

In your private coaching program, I will help you:

  • Clarify which areas of your life are working for you and which are not and how is affecting your health, mood and energy
  • Create and follow a specific wellness plan to feel good, have more energy and improve your health
  • Determine if brain chemicals or hormones are behind your cravings, weight gain, stress, anxiety and/or addictions and follow personalized nutritional repair plan to correct the imbalance.
  • Journal to discover the #1 thing that that has stopped you from getting what you want in life which is likely the same thing that has stopped you from making your health a top priority up until now
  • See a clear direction for your future with the ability to hold yourself accountable and self-balance.
  • Enjoy customized resources and client rates for future programs to support you in your journey

Here are some of the concepts (from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition) that we will explore during our work together:

Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs.
Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
